Role of SPL in Camp Program

The Senior Patrol Leader (SPL) is the top boy leader in the Troop. He will be treated as such during your week at camp. Encourage him to attend all SPL meetings and that he checks on the boys throughout the week to make sure they are having a good time. The SPL will be asked to evaluate the week on Friday. so encourage him to take notes throughout the week about the things that he feels are important.
