PROJECT SUBMITTAL
Before starting on a project, it must be approved first by the Troop and then by the General Greene Dist. Eagle Board. Project notebooks must be submitted to the council office one week in advance. The scout needs to submit the original project notebook and 5 copies. The copies are NOT to be in a notebook, they are to be black and white copies stapled together. Scouts also have the option of e-mailing their project write-up to the Council Office at tcarroll@bsamail.org and bringing the original to the Project Review Meeting.
The deadline for review is the first Tuesday of the month for review the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM at the Council Office. The Scout is required to attend this meeting.
Once a project is reviewed, it will be returned to the scout. If a project is not approved, the scout may make the necessary revisions and resubmit it to the board member that is assigned to the project. The scout does not have to wait until the next month's review.
