They can be found by selecting the Home button in the upper left corner, then My Dashboard in the menu list. It will default to the My Training section which was also enhanced providing 4 new tab selections:
YPT – displays the Youth Protection training courses available.
Training Center – displays the Scouting programs containing the training courses applicable to the specific program.
Requirements – displays training courses required to become position-trained for your current registered position(s).
Completions – displays training courses that were completed.
The Key 3s at the unit level, (ex. Charter Organization Representative, Committee Chairman & Cubmaster) now have the ability to grant three people Key 3 access to manager tools (a.k.a. Plus 3). Key 3s have the ability to assign certain functional positions access to the Training Manager tool. Additional roles will be added as needed and as new tools become available. Member Manager will now contain only unit related roles applicable to sub units (i.e. Dens, Patrols, Squads, Groups, Crews) available for assignment.
The Key 3 members will find the Organization Security Manager by selecting the Home button in the upper left corner, then the unit, and it will appear in the menu list.
Youth Protection No Bullying in Scouting Program. Units holding discussions using the ONSC Youth Protection No Bullying in Scouting program will receive a special No Bullying patch for everyone participating in the program. Complete the form in the booklet and submit as directed. Effective at your 2015 charter renewal date, all Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, Crew Leaders, and Coaches must be trained by BSA's National definition of "Trained". Contact the Scout Office if your Unit Leader is not trained. In 2016, all direct contact leaders must be trained in their position they hold with the unit. All Adult Volunteers are required to complete Youth Protection training every 2 years.
