Camp Fees 2009

The fee for this year's Summer Camp program is $140 per Webelos Scout registered through the Old North State Council. For Scouts registered in other councils, the camp fee is $160. The Unit must make a $50 deposit to reserve the week that the Pack wants. An estimate of the number attending (bed count) is needed at the time the deposit is made.

Camper Early Deposit

Each Webelos Scout who has paid at least $70 of his camp fee by April 25 will receive a special patch and coupon to use in the trading post. This $70 deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable. Failure to pay by April 25 could result in loss of guaranteed tents.

Leader's Fee

Camp leader's fees will be waived on the following scale:
1-4 Webelos - 2 free leaders; 5-10 Webelos - 3 free leaders;  11-15 Webelos - 4 free leaders;  16-20 Webelos - 5 free leaders.  One free leader will be allowed for each 4 additional Webelos exceeding 20.  There must be two leaders in camp at all times.  Any additional leaders staying during the week will be charged $50 for the week or $5 per meal if only staying a day or two.
