ü      Register your pack.   A $50.00 deposit will reserve a campsite for a session of camp.

ü      Promote Webelos Camp within your pack or den

ü      Secure Leadership.  Recruit leaders and parents to go to camp for the week or at least two days.

January

ü      Promote Webelos Camp within your pack or den

ü      Start Collecting Fees

ü      Tell all scouts and leaders to make appointments or update their physicals.

ü      Tell all leaders and parents to start reviewing the leaders guide.

March & April

ü      Collect deposit fees from scouts

ü      Attend the Camp Leaders Orientation meeting held on Sunday, March 5, 2006 at the Scout Office.  This will help you prepare for your week of camp.

ü      Fees Deposit Due.  Webelos need to pay half of his camp fee by April 28, 2006.

ü      Campership Application.  Webelos who need financial assistance must complete a Campership Application and return it to the Council Office before May 15, 2006.

ü      T-shirt Pre-orders.  Order the camp T-shirt for your pack by April 28, 2006.

May

ü      Get your Physicals.  EVERY SCOUT AND ADULT MUST HAVE A CLASS 1 & 2  HEALTH FORM SIGNED BY A DOCTOR AND PARENT OR GUARDIAN BEFORE COMING TO CAMP.   Adults over 40 years of age must use the Class 3 medical form.  Class 1 & 2 Medical Forms are good for three years.

ü      Pre-camp Swim Checks.  Participating in pre-camp swim test will help speed the check-in process when you arrive at camp this summer.  All scouts and leader who participate in swimming and boating activity at camp must complete a swim test.

ü      Confirm that your pack has all leadership, physicals and travel plans in order for camp.

June & July

ü      Camp Advancement Form.  Return the Camp Advancement Form by June 1, 2006.   This places your pack or den into the programs at camp.  It is best to submit a different schedule for each den.  A smaller group is easier to place in a session.

ü      Camp Fees.  All camp fees are due two weeks prior to coming to camp

ü      Things to bring to camp at check-in
